About the Company Our client is a successful, privately owned flooring company that has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and a client-first mentality. With a growing footprint in both residential and light commercial flooring, the company delivers high-end solutions ranging from Hardwood, LVP, LVT, and Carpet. As the business continues to scale, we're hiring a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive excellence across all installation projects.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will take ownership of ordering materials, job scheduling, crew coordination, site quality control, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who knows the trades, is great with people, and thrives on making things happen-on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight • Manage end-to-end execution of flooring projects-residential, builder, and light commercial. • Coordinate with internal teams to finalize job scopes, timelines, and materials. • Assign subcontractor crews and maintain clear job schedules across multiple job sites.

On-Site Management • Conduct job site visits before, during, and after installations. • Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. • Troubleshoot in-the-moment challenges and resolve punch list items promptly.

Client & Crew Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and installers throughout the project. • Provide timely updates and set clear expectations around timelines and deliverables. • Communicate proactively to ensure all parties are aligned.

Budget & Reporting • Track labor hours, material usage, and job costs to ensure margin targets are met. • Monitor job progress, provide weekly reports, and flag any risks to leadership.

Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in project management within flooring, construction, or home remodeling space. • Strong understanding of flooring materials and installation methods. • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and crews at once. • Clear communicator with professional customer service skills. • Comfortable using scheduling software, CRMs, and project tracking tools. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites daily.

CompensationSalary -$60,000 to $65,000
