Job Description

Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations at all stages of construction. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any project-related challenges in a timely manner. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Maintain strong professional relationships with all project participants. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager- Multifamily should have:

A strong background in multifamily construction, with a focus on project management. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. What's on Offer

Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $160,000, based on experience. 401(k) with a 4% match after three months of employment. Comprehensive healthcare and dental benefits starting immediately.
