Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will be responsible for palletizing and shrink-wrapping products, cleaning and sanitizing workstations, and moving products and materials with a manual pallet jack. Your duties will also include weighing products before they are brought to the warehouse and recording digital weights on a small scale. You will handle bags weighing up to 50 lbs and collaborate with a team for heavier loads, in accordance with company policy. Pushing and pulling bowls weighing up to 1,000 lbs on wheels is required, with a minimum of eight bowls moved per shift. This role is physically demanding and requires endurance and strength.
Responsibilities
Palletize and shrink-wrap products.
Clean and sanitize workstations.
Move products and materials using a manual pallet jack.
Weigh products and record digital weights.
Handle bags up to 50 lbs and collaborate for heavier loads.
Push and pull bowls weighing up to 1,000 lbs on wheels, moving at least eight per shift.
Essential Skills
Experience in a general labor, construction, manufacturing, or similar environment within the last 5 years.
Minimum of 1 year of continuous employment with the same company in the last 5 years.
Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production, assembly, packaging, food production, machine operation, or food manufacturing is beneficial.

The dress code includes steel-toed boots, hairnets, eye protection, jeans, a shirt, a bump cap, and a lab coat. The facility prohibits smoking, tobacco, perfume, cologne, fingernail polish, jewelry, and piercings. Clothing must be free of rips, tears, holes, or embellishments. The temperature can reach up to 90 degrees in the summer, while it remains comfortable in the winter. Orientation is conducted on-site and lasts 3-4 hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
