What We Are Looking For
We're now hiring a
Warehouse Loader . As a Warehouse loader, you will be responsible for all shipping and receiving and line service function in the warehouse.
Essential Duties: Be able to operate forklifts, push pulls, safely, do daily forklift inspections Maintain a continuous flow of material for production lines Ship and receive all products, inbound packaging and finished goods Record and receive all inbound products Prepare load tally's and collect pallet tags when shipping finished goods Have knowledge of all products in warehouse and ship them in a proper manner Do shipping and receiving documents accurately Haul garbage to compactor Clean the warehouse, run power sweeper Wrap product for UPS shipments Do inventory both year end and monthly Give breaks to line pullers Qualifications
Able to operate forklift and push pulls Self - Motivated Very good knowledge of all products stored in warehouse General mathematical and computer skills Ensure that company policy is followed Attend safety trainings Follow all safety instructions and policies Report any injuries or near miss accidents to supervisor Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor Wear required PPE, including Bump Cap and hearing protection, Lifting up to 100 pounds Benefits
Base Pay: $20.96/hr Year 1 Bonus: $1.22/hr 6% Shift Differential for Mid Shift: $1.26/hr Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment (prior year profit sharing equated to an extra $6.10/hr for employees) 401k Match Opportunity Health, Dental, & Vision 104 Hours of PTO Accrued in First Year of Employment 7 Paid Holidays KLN Clinic $10,000 Forgivable Home Grant Program Tuition Assistance
