Job Title: 1st or 2nd Shift - General Production
Job Description
Join our team as a General Production worker for the 2nd shift. You will play a crucial role in monitoring machines, inspecting products, and ensuring quality through packaging and palletizing. This role involves station rotation to keep the work dynamic and involves lifting up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
Monitor machines and ensure proper operation.
Visually inspect products coming off the machines for quality assurance.
Package and palletize products efficiently.
Rotate stations to maintain focus and reduce monotony.
Lift and handle materials up to 50lbs as needed.
Essential Skills
Good hand/eye coordination for working with extremely small parts.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with reading blueprints.
Skills in mechanical assembly and machine operation.
Experience in picking, packing, and working on a production line.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Open to candidates with any type of previous experience.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Willingness to sit for the majority of the day.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
