Account Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage client accounts and keep their information up to date in the database. Assist clients with policy changes and respond to their inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim statuses. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred, but not required. Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
