Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Plumbing Counter Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting contractors, builders, and businesses with plumbing product sales while providing expert guidance, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Victoria, TX.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive plumbing product sales to contractors, builders, and businesses. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and support. Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to help customers select the best solutions. Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery. Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of plumbing products required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing. Must be willing to relocate to Victoria, TX if not currently local or within surrounding areas.
