Position Introduction:

BioMatrix is seeking a mobile, on-the-go Territory Account Executive Specialty Infusion (TAE SI) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a performance-focused sales professional with deep experience in B2B healthcare and medical sales, who thrives in a fast-paced, mobile environment. The TAE SI will play a critical role in expanding market share and improving patient outcomes across multiple therapeutic areas.

This is a true field-based sales role designed for high performers who want to make a measurable difference in patients' lives while driving growth in a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

The TAE SI is responsible for the promotion of key biologic and IVIG products, as well as a broad portfolio of specialty medications within Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology. You'll educate healthcare providers on appropriate clinical use and partner with them to drive patient access and care coordination.

Additional responsibilities include:

Manage and grow key relationships with healthcare providers across various channels: Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacies, Infusion Suites, Physician Clinics, and Regional Health Accounts. Execute strategic sales plans that drive product utilization and improve market access. Identify and influence decision-makers involved in prescribing, care coordination, and patient referrals. Navigate payer coverage and formulary placement to ensure access to targeted therapies. Participate in conventions, symposiums, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and foster market intelligence. Communicate competitive intelligence and business conditions that could impact local or regional strategy. Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas by maximizing distribution and influence within your territory. You're A Strong Match If You:

Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or other related field as required Have a minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy environments as required Have a long-term performance record of consistent year-over-year successes Thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role-you're a road warrior who excels face-to-face Have sold complex healthcare solutions, such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, durable medical equipment, or clinical home services Can showcase sales performance metrics such as quota attainment, territory growth, referral volume Are deeply motivated by patient-centered selling and bringing value to providers and clinical teams Bonus Points If You Have:
