Desktop Technician
Our client is hiring a Desktop Technician. We are seeking a skilled and proactive End User Computing Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless technology experiences for both internal employees and field clinicians. Key responsibilities include: Device Imaging & Deployment: Deploy and troubleshoot images for new and refurbished devices. Utilize tools such as Intune, SCCM, and MDT Toolkit. Follow established procedures and adapt to Maxim's imaging standards. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide deskside support and resolve escalated tickets from the Service Desk. Troubleshoot issues related to the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.). Address network configuration and connectivity incidents. Preferred Skills: Experience with desktop support and software configuration. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers. Familiarity with network support and connectivity diagnostics. Qualifications: Prior experience in IT support or end user computing roles. Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Intune, SCCM, MDT). Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and network fundamentals. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
