Our client is launching a new warehouse and refurbished pallet operation in
Columbus, IN -and we're hiring reliable, safety-first
Forklift Drivers
to keep things moving. You'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of this hands-on environment, supporting pallet production, inventory, and shipping workflows.

Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) w/match benefits PTO and paid holidays Monday-Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours Opportunity to build and lead a brand-new operation Supportive leadership with room for advancement What You'll Do Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and pallets Load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries from trailers Support production line by transporting raw materials and finished goods Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Follow pick lists and adhere to all safety and handling protocols Collaborate with team members to keep the warehouse clean and organized What You'll Need 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting Valid Forklift Certification Physical stamina: lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move during the shift Strong communication skills and attention to detail Prior experience in pallet manufacturing or refurbishing is a plus
