Georgia Denture & Implant Specialists is a prosthodontic practice in Woodstock, GA and is looking for a an experience treatment coordinator to join our team.
Dr. Warren Berne, Dr. John Anderson & Dr. Michael Tehrani, along with our staff, believe that our name says it all because dentures and implants are all we do! We have an extraordinary full-service, on-site lab with over 100 years of combined experience. The offices run on a 4 ½ day work week.
We're seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator to help patients say "yes" to care and keep our schedule full! In this role, you'll guide patients through treatment plans, present financial options, and schedule appointments. You'll also represent our office in the community, building referral relationships through ground marketing.
Ideal candidate:
Dental experience preferred (prosthodontics a plus). Confident and clear communicator Comfortable presenting treatment plans in a way that's value-driven, not just transactional Ability to handle objections Can confidently explain fees and financing Has a track record of improving case acceptance in prior roles Duties:
Scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Treatment plan presentations Verifying insurance Answering phones Obtaining needed information Collecting payments
