Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a trusted resource for clients Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new service accounts through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business Research and qualify potential accounts to identify market opportunities Manage the sales process from initial outreach and presentations to understanding client requirements and securing agreements Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, clearly explaining service offerings and capabilities Recommend tailored solutions and new products based on thorough understanding of customer needs Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by engaging in ongoing professional development and training Support marketing efforts and provide input on sales strategies and market trends Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients Prior experience in HVAC service or construction sales preferred Proven track record in sales, particularly focused on acquiring new accounts Strong organizational, presentation, and closing skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to sales planning and execution Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets High school diploma or GED required; additional education or industry certifications are a plus What Our Client Offers
