Position Summary:

The SharePoint and Atlassian Administrator will be a key role within the Information Technology Team. As an experienced SharePoint Administrator, you will leverage your expertise in the administration, governance, management and optimization of a hybrid SharePoint environment, including both SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and on-premises SharePoint Server installations. As an experienced Atlassian Administrator, you will leverage your expertise to manage and optimize our enterprise Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management solutions in pursuit of our organization's project management and service delivery objectives.

This role requires an individual with a high degree of self-motivation, an extremely strong work ethic and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities - SharePoint Administration:

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and on-premises SharePoint Server environments Configure and manage site collections, sites, libraries, and lists across both platforms Implement and maintain SharePoint governance policies and best practices Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization Perform regular maintenance tasks including backups, updates, and patches Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and user requests

Responsibilities - SharePoint Development and Customization

Create and customize site templates, web parts, and content types Support SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions and custom development Configure and manage SharePoint apps and add-ins Implement branding and user interface customizations Responsibilities - SharePoint User Support and Training

Provide technical support and guidance to end users Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes and procedures Conduct user training sessions and workshops Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions Responsibilities - Atlassian Platform Administration:

Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud instances including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and project roles across all Atlassian applications Configure and maintain system settings, security configurations, and integration points Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and performance optimization Plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities

Responsibilities - JIRA

Design, implement, and maintain complex JIRA workflows, screens, fields, and issue types Create and manage custom field configurations, permission schemes, and notification schemes Develop and maintain project templates, automation rules, and advanced JQL queries Configure and optimize JIRA dashboards, filters, and reporting capabilities Implement and maintain JIRA plugins and marketplace applications Responsibilities - ITSM Implementation & Support

Design and implement IT Service Management processes using JIRA Service Management Configure service desks, request types, SLA configurations, and escalation procedures Develop and maintain ITIL-aligned workflows for incident, problem, change, and service request management Create and manage knowledge base articles, service catalogs, and customer portals Integrate ITSM tools with monitoring systems, asset management, and other enterprise applications Required Technical Skills:

SQL Server proficiency with database administration and queries Scripting proficiency with PowerShell and JQL 5+ years of experience with SharePoint administration in both on-premises and cloud environments 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA administration Extensive experience with JIRA Service Management or similar ITSM platforms Strong knowledge of JIRA workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and project configurations

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACA-100) ITIL Foundation certification or higher Experience with SharePoint governance frameworks and information architecture Background in software development Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies Excellent Organizational Experience
