It Desktop Support Technician
Location: El Dorado, Arkansas Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM local time (30-minute lunch) Responsibilities
Perform desktop support functions including laptop/PC imaging and setup. Deliver and configure new laptops/PCs for users, including data transfer and M365 cloud services connection. Install and configure software. Manage and resolve incident/request tickets using ServiceNow. Troubleshoot printers and provide Windows 11 support with M365 application suite. Perform basic Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting. Manage hardware assets and maintain stockroom inventory. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on delivering a best-in-class user experience. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and managing time well. Communicate clearly and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment is a plus. Additional Requirement
Must have reliable transportation to drive between three sites in El Dorado. About System One
