A leading modular construction and manufacturing company in Tracy, CA is seeking a Junior Recruiter. This is a while-hire role with the potential to become temp-to-hire, although not guaranteed.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially within manufacturing, construction/trades, or high-volume staffing. Candidates MUST have recruiting experience to be considered.

Key Details:
Pay: $28 - $35/hour
Location: Tracy, CA (on-site)
Type: While Hire (potential Temp-to-Hire)
Focus: Recruiting for manufacturing and skilled labor roles

Highlights of the role:
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced industrial environment
Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus
