Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,676 per week in Phoenix, AZ

ID: 72814595 Shift: 12H Days 12 hour days plus call Description: Unit REVIEW, then send to manager for an interviewLEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, will consider busy Level II- no travel teams with Cath Lab RNsno local rates, 50 mile radius rule- Unit: Cath Lab- beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)- Certs: BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT- Cases: 10-25 cases per day.- EMR: Cerner and Xper- Charge Nurse: Yes- Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR.- Weekend Requirement: Call - 8-12 days per month- Holidays: Work into rotation.- Scrub Color: Provided- Tele :Phillips- Vents: NA- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: per job posting- Call: Call - 8-12 days per month- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.- Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
