Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, resale, and recycling. We are a stand-alone company within the Amazon corporate family that provides IT Asset Disposition services to other Amazon companies with a specialization in the handling of valuable electronic equipment that was originally used in data centers. Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and highly organized program management manager, who will own change management and project delivery within Amazon's re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (RRL) organization and across RRL's customers. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while maintaining focus on delivering results that meet Amazon's high standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, simplicity, and operational excellence. You will use your expertise to proactively solution and develop mechanisms enabling RRL to continue to deliver reuse cost avoidance, liquidation recovery, and sustainability benefits across a secure global infrastructure to customers. The role leads a team of PMs responsible in supporting the different service capabilities of RRL. Influence and scope spans across multiple customers, partner teams, systems, and operational processes which require exceptional strategic thinking and autonomous decision-making capabilities that align with business objectives. You will be expected to create an efficient project management office, lead business and senior leader reviews, and align teams toward coherent strategies to effectively manage program expansion and change management. Key responsibilities will include building upon the foundation of the program by establishing centralized intake processes that prioritize customer requests based on ROI, level of effort, and feasibility, while also leading capability improvements and global expansion efforts that require deep subject matter expertise, cross-team consensus building, and consideration of diverse environmental and legal requirements. The individual effectively communicates these complex decisions and trade-offs to senior leadership, while proactively communicating the roadmap to impacted stakeholders and working with impacted teams across the organization to ensure resourcing and roadmap inclusion. The base pay for this position ranges from $146,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $242,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
