Project Team Lead

We are looking for experienced Project Team Leads who have strong construction knowledge, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset to join our award-winning team. You will oversee remodeling projects across both our bathroom division and kitchen cabinet refacing division, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. About the Role: Monitor, direct, and supervise all aspects of remodeling projects
Verify accuracy and completeness of work performed on project job sites
Ensure installers, helpers, and subcontractors operate efficiently to complete tasks on assigned projects
Provide the highest level of customer service to clients regarding their projects
Prepare and manage work orders
What You Bring: 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, or superintendent
Strong knowledge of construction practices
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Customer service-driven mindset
Ability to pass a background screening
Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance
What's In It For You: Annual base salary of $75,000$85,000 + performance-based bonus
Average annual bonus ranges from $10,000$25,000
