Kanini Software Solutions
We are seeking a Data Product Owner (Business Analyst) to join our team and drive data validation, reporting, KPI tracking, and storytelling efforts to support key business initiatives. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to identify data-driven use cases, prioritize development, and translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and define use cases.
Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories and presentations.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and progress on data initiatives.
Champion data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to connect data insights with business value.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile or product-centric teams.
Familiarity with data governance or metadata management concepts.
Prior experience in healthcare, finance, or other data-intensive industries is a plus.
