MaineGeneral Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our PMO team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in project managementespecially in healthcare or similarly complex environmentswho thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. You'll lead a range of impactful projects that help drive organizational transformation and execute on strategic priorities. Whether managing a project independently or collaborating with other PMs on organizational initiatives, you'll play a key role in strengthening operations and driving measurable outcomes across the system. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with the ability to work remotely up to three days per week. What you'll do: Serve as the Project Manager on multiple projects across departments. Contribute to large-scale initiatives alongside fellow PMO team members. Develop and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets aligned with organizational goals. Identify and coordinate resources needed for project success. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration. Lead project teams, mentor stakeholders and proactively resolve conflicts. Apply advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) to ensure strong execution. What you bring: Five or more years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or complex organizational setting. Proven track record of leading large, strategic or cross-functional projects. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK and/or PRINCE2). Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute preferred. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite or similar project management tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating across all levels of the organization. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Scheduled work shift: flexible.
