Houston, TX . Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications with seamless integration into ECM platforms like FileNet. Collaborate with ECM architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and functional applications. Document functional requirements, technical architecture, and system design to ensure clarity and maintainability of custom-built solutions. Develop and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between ECM systems and other enterprise platforms. Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using frameworks such as Angular (or similar) to enhance content access and usability. Manage server-side logic, databases, and middleware layers using technologies like .NET, Python, or other modern frameworks. Implement data integrity, security protocols, and access control measures in applications interacting with the ECM environment. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and reliable code. Support ECM migration and implementation projects, including data mapping and system transitions from legacy environments. Monitor ECM custom code platform updates, patches, and enhancements, leveraging new capabilities in application development. Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and performance tuning for custom ECM-integrated solutions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, promoting innovation and process improvement within the development lifecycle. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive efficiency, recommending tools and practices to improve delivery and performance. Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficient in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Strong expertise in designing and developing applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core. Solid experience in SQL for database management, query optimization, and schema design. Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with DevOps practices, including source code management and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
