We are seeking a motivated WinField United Forage Nutrition Insight Intern to join our team in Indianapolis, IN supporting a strategic initiative to expand forage testing services. This hands-on role will provide valuable experience at the intersection of agronomy, animal nutrition, and producer engagement. Internship Duration: 11 weeks (May August 2026) This position will require some travel throughout the duration of the summer. Interns are paid $25.00/hour. Relocation assistance may be provided to eligible candidates for the duration of the summer internship. Position Responsibilities
Support a strategic project focused on growing forage testing adoption across livestock production systems Collect and process on-farm forage samples across multiple locations Collaborate with animal nutritionists and seed sales teams to evaluate how forage testing can improve producer outcomes Assist in analyzing data and developing insights to support producer education and decision-making What You'll Gain

Junior (preferred) or senior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in ag business, animal science, ag marketing, agriculture, or related field of study Required GPA of 3.0 or higher Possess a valid driver's license; have and maintain a satisfactory driving record Competencies-Skills (Required)
Self starter and capable of working without direct supervision Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize and implement projects and general work tasks Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems Competencies-Skills (Preferred)
Strong interest in livestock production systems, especially forage-based nutrition Comfortable working on-farm and interacting with producers Basic understanding of forage quality, feed analysis, or livestock nutrition is a plus Curious, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a cross-functional team
