Travel Surgical Tech - $1,656 per week in Greenville, SC

Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Vascular OR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 years License: Pending License accepted: No Certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA Must-Have: Must have certificate from NBSTSA and hold BLS certification. Description: Must be a certified surgical technologist. Call requirement is 2 days of call each week. 1-2 weekends are required every 6-week schedule depending on need. Full benefits are granted for candidates over 100 miles away. Local candidates within 50-99.9 miles are accepted at a reduced bill rate. Under 50 miles is ineligible. Must start 3 weeks after a signed contract. All requests for time off must be included at submission. Approval will be based on the facility's needs. The facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Preferred previous charge experience. Charting system experience with Epic is required. Travel experience is required. Skills should include various surgical procedures and techniques. Candidates must possess knowledge of aseptic technique and sterilization/disinfection protocols. Staff may be required to float to other units based on operational needs. Competencies must be documented for tasks performed. COVID-19 vaccine is not required.
