Lead all phases of construction projectsfrom pre-construction planning and budgeting through closeoutensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance while maintaining daily communication with owners, architects, and internal teams. Oversee procurement, contracts, and change orders using Procore and Excel. Mentor project staff, foster a collaborative jobsite culture, and represent the company's core values on every project.
