Lead all phases of construction projectsfrom pre-construction planning and budgeting through closeoutensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance while maintaining daily communication with owners, architects, and internal teams. Oversee procurement, contracts, and change orders using Procore and Excel. Mentor project staff, foster a collaborative jobsite culture, and represent the company's core values on every project. The Successful Applicant 5-7+ years of construction experience, including at least 1 year as a Lead Project Manager Proven success managing commercial or multifamily projects of $4M+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Proficiency in Procore and Excel Strong leadership skills with the desire to grow a new office and mentor younger staff Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
