Perform CT scans on patients according to physician orders. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions and respond promptly. Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to obtain relevant clinical information for accurate image interpretation. Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital and radiology department is required. Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA-approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA-approved school. Cross-training in CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography is required. License is required as issued by ARRT (national), CRT (state), and Fluoroscopy certification. Certification in one modality is required. Fire Safety card.
