My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-profile World Bank interior project in Washington, DC. This role requires 100% on-site presence and is ideal for someone with a proven track record managing fast-paced interior construction projects, particularly within secure or government environments. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the Business Services sector. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Monitor project timelines and ensure all milestones are met. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project quality and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and communication. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. 5+ years of experience in commercial interior construction, preferably in government or secure environments. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines. Experience with SCIF or Anti-Terrorism projects is a plus. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. What's on Offer
