Position Overview We are seeking a
Project Manager
with 712 years of GC experience to join the team in Rhode Island. The ideal candidate has a background in public works or K12 educational projects and can oversee all aspects of project delivery, from preconstruction through close-out. This role is best suited for a motivated PM who can manage multiple stakeholders, maintain budgets and schedules, and represent the company in front of municipal and community clients. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality goals are met Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and municipal stakeholders Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement Oversee project schedules, cost tracking, and reporting Ensure compliance with public works requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines Conduct regular meetings with clients, design teams, and field staff to maintain alignment Foster strong relationships with clients, communities, and internal project teams Qualifications 712 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Proven background in public works, schools, or municipal construction Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, and construction financials Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Candidates must be located in or willing to commute to Rhode Island Why Join?
