Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines using P6 software. Collaborate with project managers to ensure construction milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication throughout the project. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team. Identify potential risks and propose solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns. Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2-4+ years of construction experience A strong understanding of P6 software and its applications in project management. An educational background in construction, engineering, or a related field. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
