Round One Entertainment Inc. This position is part-time and located in Concord, CA. Open to applicants who have a High School Diploma or GED. Staff handling alcohol must be 21+. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Food and Beverage Department. Base pay

$18.00/hr - $19.75/hr This pay range is provided by Round One Entertainment Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Operates POS register for food and drinks (including bar register when directed). Prepares food and beverage items according to company policies and standards. Resets and buses the food court seating area. Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other utensils used in food preparation. Performs opening and closing procedures (opens/closes cash tills, kitchen cleaning, etc.). Manages food and beverage inventory following store policies and procedures. Maintains proper temperatures for refrigerators and freezers. Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory according to store policies and procedures. Conducts restroom checks and cleaning, including laundry of rags. Responds to customers’ requests in a respectful and friendly manner. Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes. Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lend out facility and equipment (karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong). Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade (AM). Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management. Non-Essential Duties

Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies. Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies. Seeks constant improvement of department work processes to be more efficient and cost-effective. Maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. Education/Experience

High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment are required. Work Environment

The employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. The noise level is typically loud. Physical Demands

Employee frequently bends, stretches, twists, climbs, and remains mobile in small spaces. Prolonged standing/walking during busy times. Ability to use hands to handle and reach objects. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required. Benefits

1 hour of non-prize arcade play per week. 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included). 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week. 50% discount on food items per working shift. 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.
