Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse - PCU Float Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): West Hollywood, CA (onsite) Contract Duration: 15 weeks Work Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Total Weekly Hours: 36 CLIENT OFFER - FLU VAX REQUIRED WHEN FLU SEASON BEGINS 13-17 week contracts available | 11/3 or 11/17 STARTS RTO: No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment. Must be able to work 3 out of 5 holidays (thanksgiving, christmas eve/day, new years eve/day)***** Shift: 1900-0730. 36 OR 48s available EKG Exam administered first day of orientation - must pass in order to move forward with contract Fresh Post Op Kidney Transplants, complex cases, MUST have strong PCU exp Experience Required: 2 years First time travelers accepted: Yes with 2 years of experience and previous large facility experience Required certs: ACLS, BLS Preferred certs: NIH Required skills: IV starts, tele Preferred skills: PA lines This unit is a true PCU and need that skill level TR Bands Chest Tubes Gtts-- Milrinone, Dopamine, dobutamine Pulmonary Hypertension Therapy, Presence of moderate to high risk for dysrhythmias Use of invasive hemodynamic devices Patients requiring ongoing interventions and assessments every 2 hours, not to exceed 8 occurrences Special equipment: Swan Ganz Transve
