Responsibilities Work in a hospital setting serving inpatient, observation, outpatient, and emergency department patients Imaging performed in ED, fluoroscopy, OR (with C-arm and O-arm), and portable modalities Average of 175 studies per day, with higher volumes on weekdays Rotation includes on-campus rehab facility for fluoro, general x-ray, and portable imaging Uses Epic EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS Department uses GE Precision 500D R&F rooms, Shimadzu RadSpeed, Shimadzu MD8 & Konica mKDR Xpress portables, GE OEC Elite C-arms, and Medtronic O-arm No floating required On-call required up to 2 shifts per month as needed Travelers may be scheduled to work 75% of holidays Schedule requests for time off must be approved by Resource Team Guest Services and Transport available for inpatient and observation patients Administrative onboarding includes Epic, eLearnings, and policy review Departmental orientation ranges from 2 days to 1 week based on individual need Scrub color is black Free parking is available in surface lots and parking decks First-time travelers will be considered for this position Requirements ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology Current BLS certification Minimum 2 years of radiology technologist experience Must be able to rotate in all areas: fluoroscopy, OR, portable, and ED imaging Experience with Epic EMR preferred License required if applicable Benefits ~ High Pay and Bonuses ~ Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options ~401(k) Plan ~ Weekly Payroll Deposit ~ Free Online CEUs ~ Generous Housing Allowance ~ Travel and Licensure Reimbursements ~ Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy ~ Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-614000.
