nResponsibilities
nThe Manager will be responsible for the processing and handling of all sterile surgical instrumentation used in Operating Rooms, Cath Lab, Labor and Delivery, and any patient care area; and Responsible for the control and management of the dollar asset for medical supply inventory of said areas.

nBachelor’s Degree in health care related field
nLicensure/Certification

- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), n
- Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL), n
- BLS issued by AHA n
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Good computer skills in Excel, Word, and mainframe applications n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills n
- Detailed oriented n
- Strong organization skills n
- Knowledge of hospital sterilization equipment and related regulatory requirements n
- Knowledge of chemical disinfection, decontamination processes, and hazardous chemicals n
- Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and standards of care n
- Knowledge of sterilization processes and alternatives, microbiology, and physiology n
Experience
nFour (4) years of experience with sterile processing.
