Social Worker
Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available depending on preference | Baltimore, Maryland
Note: This role would be supporting at 2-3 school locations in Baltimore.

How you'll support students:
Become an advocate and a confidence builder for our students. Play a vital role in their behavioral, personal, emotional, and social development. With our resources and continuous support, you can create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment that promotes student growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make a positive impact on students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
• Support student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, addressing academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
• Administer learning assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, facilitating referrals as needed.
• Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources tailored to students' needs.
• Maintain administrative excellence by ensuring accurate and efficient paperwork completion.
• Stay informed on industry trends to enrich guidance and support provided to students.
• Build trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in counseling or a related field.
• Active Social Worker license (LCSWC, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC).
• Experience working with students is preferred.
