Siemens Digital Industries seeks a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in a small set of named accounts with Amazon as the main anchor account on a global level and support broader growth in the Intralogistics industry as part of the CPG vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and/or sales, with a deep understanding of the market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within Amazon or similar companies in the retail/distribution space. The Enterprise Account Executive will contribute to business generation for the entire Siemens Digital Industries portfolio relevant to Amazon in the US and globally, working with Siemens Sales and customers on technical, contractual, and commercial opportunities. This role reports to the global Vertical Intralogistics Head and the US Vertical Sales Manager within our CPG organization.
We are looking for a Global Account Manager for Amazon plus other accounts. This position is ideally based in the Nashville, TN, Philadelphia, PA area, mid-Atlantic area or close to other relevant customer locations (Seattle, WA or Washington, DC) or with frequent travel to client sites.
Your Responsibilities
You will make an impact by:
- Driving Strategic Growth & Executive Engagement: Achieve significant sales growth and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic account plans. Cultivate and expand relationships with executive leadership and key decision-makers across assigned accounts, influencing strategic direction and driving outcomes.
- Delivering Integrated Siemens Solutions: Leverage the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio to architect and deliver innovative solutions, coordinating across Siemens' internal teams (e.g., Vertical Sales, SW Sales, Digital Sales, OEM Sales, Engineering) in the US and relevant countries abroad, and managing relationships with strategic partners and integrators for successful project execution.
- Delivering Measurable Customer Value & Sustainable Growth: Manage opportunities and forecasting with demand generation and in-depth account research to ensure solutions deliver quantifiable financial outcomes for clients and Siemens.
- Shaping Market Presence & Strategic Insight: Establish Siemens as a recognized thought leader in the Intralogistics / CPG sector by engaging with industry associations, conducting market research, and providing feedback to inform product and strategy.
- Managing Key National & Global Accounts: Serve as the primary Account Executive for critical national accounts and HQ accounts for global clients based in the USA, ensuring engagement and growth across complex organizations.
Qualifications
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic account management with a track record of exceeding sales targets in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of the Intralogistics / CPG industry with a focus on retail/distribution including market dynamics and business drivers.
- Executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to lead across direct and matrixed teams.
- Proven success navigating diverse sales channels, including direct sales, distributors, and system integrators.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of urgency, willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, and experience in an international sales network.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Digital Transformation solutions and their application within Intralogistics / CPG processes.
- Fundamental understanding of the Siemens Digital Industries product, solutions, and service portfolio.
- Experience developing and executing sophisticated opportunity pursuit strategies across complex ecosystems (end-users, engineering firms, system integrators).

The pay range for this position is 122,100 - 164,800 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
