Assemble insulated glass units with precision and care ️ Use hand and power tools (drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and build components Inspect finished products to ensure top-notch quality Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided!) ️ Stay active—stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus—but not required! Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Willingness to learn how to read blueprints and work orders Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools About Us
