The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our studio team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, and creating a welcoming, creative atmosphere for our team and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to studio leadership and project teams
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and freelancers
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and office supplies
- Assist with planning and executing internal events and team activities
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and workflow
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support light finance and HR tasks, such as timesheet tracking and invoice processing
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
- A proactive mindset – you anticipate needs before they arise
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- A warm, approachable attitude – you're the type of person who makes others feel welcome
