Design, review, and execute end-to-end test scenarios and test cases for web and mobile platforms? Lead or participate in sprint grooming sessions to understand and refine requirements? Perform functional testing and API testing using Postman, Charles Proxy? Conduct backend data validation including hands-on with MongoDB? Collaborate closely with offshore teams in a global delivery model? Validate features related to promotions, subscriptions, and rewards systems? Ensure quality across complex retail e-commerce flows? Document test results and manage test cases using Jira and Zephyr? Effectively communicate defects and updates to cross-functional teams
