Overview

Package Handler (Day) - Philadelphia at OnTrac. We are hiring for the Montgomeryville, PA facility. Location: 201 Progress Drive, Montgomeryville, PA 18936.

Shifts

• Sunday through Thursday from 6 AM to 12 PM or EOS (End of Sort)
• Tuesday through Saturday from 6 AM to 12 PM or EOS (End of Sort)

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a safety-conscious team member; uphold safety as a core value
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to stay on your feet and remain active
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (heat and cold) in the warehouse
• Gloves and work boots are recommended
• Bilingual speakers are preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate starting at $18.00 (weekly pay)
• Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with employer match

Referral Program

Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide). Payout details: $250 after 45 days of the referred candidate’s tenure; $250 after 90 days. Eligibility applies to referrals starting between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
