About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to teach Strength/ Conditioning style classes at our corporate client site located in Santa Clara, California (CA).

Looking for an instructor to teach Tuesday afternoon classes from 4:15pm - 5:00pm. Class times could change slightly based on instructor's availability.

Other class opportunities may also be available.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as strength training, kickboxing, boot camp.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited certification required.

  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $45 - $55/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
