Job Description: Join our team at the Atkinson Production Facility this upcoming harvest season! We are looking for detail-oriented and safety-minded individuals to join our Conditioning team, where you'll play a key role in preparing and packaging our seed corn.

Starting Rate: $17/hour

Work Hours:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available.
• Overtime is required during Harvest Operations (September - October), with scheduled work Monday through Saturday
• After harvest ends, regular hours resume Monday through Friday.

• Manually stack and handle seed corn bags weighing 55-75 lbs throughout your shift
• Perform quality checks during all stages of seed corn conditioning process to ensure product standards are met
• Accurately apply sticker decals and staple tags to seed bags
• Operate a forklift as needed (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by sweeping and cleaning the conditioning floor regularly, an essential task supporting safety, quality, and production
• Support full-time staff by assisting with the operation of seed conditioning equipment and various production tasks

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to consistently lift and move 55-75 lbs
• Willingness to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
