Job Description

This is a Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic-Journeyman position. The job requires at least four years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC Trade. Responsibilities include routine general maintenance, PM, repair or replacement of Rooftop and interior Exhaust fans including belts, motors and fan blades assembly.

The ideal candidate will have universal refrigeration certification. A written skill assessment test is given prior to interviews.

• Work Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm
• Calendar Days: 12-month (247 days)
• Salary: $21.7580
• Pay Grade: D
• Pay Grade: 11
• Minimum Educational Requirements: High School/GED
• Contract Type: Full-Time
• Reports to: DIRECTOR

Preference may be given to candidates with universal refrigeration certification. The candidate must have at least four years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC Trade.
