The Salad/Pantry position involves:
Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
Restocking all items as needed throughout the shift
Following recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Cleaning and maintaining the station, practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
Demonstrating understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment at the station
Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality, and adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards
Performing additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers at any time
