As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression. You will manage front desk operations, support administrative tasks, and help maintain a smooth and friendly office environment. To be successful in this role, enthusiasm, organization, anticipating needs and effective communication skills will be vital to your success.
In addition, you will be assigned duties for the HR team. Daily you will support the people who are the heartbeat of our organization, those who work at our dealerships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES (including the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.)
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism and directs to appropriate department
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Answers basic inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, emails, recognition activities, decorating lobby, and document preparation
- Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and represent the company’s values in all interactions
- Support Human Resources by completing administrative tasks as assigned, maintaining files and forms, preparing reports, data entry into HR systems
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in receptionist/administrative position
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be professional in appearance
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Pass pre-employment background screening
- Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- With the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
