Responsibilities

Bring your administrative skills and winning personality to our nursing center. As a receptionist, you directly impact the nursing center's reputation as the first point of contact for patients/residents, family members, candidates, or clients.

  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, redirecting them appropriately.
  • Warmly welcome, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension.
  • Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

HOURS ARE TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 4:00 PM TO 8:00 PM WITH POSSIBILITIES TO PICK UP EXTRA HOURS

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors and respond to their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is required.
