They are seeking a highly experienced Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman to lead and manage crews for residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with heavy equipment and earthwork, and the ability to maintain schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations on-site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy equipment experience in a supervisory role and a proven track record of managing site crews effectively.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Supervise and lead on-site crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks per project plans
- Operate heavy equipment and assist with site layout using blueprints and specs
- Manage site logistics, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and mentor crew members
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of heavy equipment operation and 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Skilled in reading construction documents, site plans, and using GPS layout systems
- Strong understanding of excavation safety practices and OSHA regulations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively
- Valid driver's license required; CDL and OSHA certification preferred
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
