Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. Duties

• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in the preparation of job sites by setting up equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices related to heavy machinery operation.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on job sites.
