Corporate Recruiter – Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

Location: Bronx, NY | 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Drive talent strategies for a growing organization! We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles, including IT, Plant & Transportation Operations, Merchandising, and more.

About The Role

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage 15–20 requisitions across multiple departments, leveraging creative sourcing strategies and strong relationship-building skills. You’ll guide hiring managers through the selection process, ensure a positive candidate experience, and help the organization attract and retain exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–20 requisitions across corporate functions.
  • Maintain organized applicant records and track recruitment analytics; report weekly and monthly results.
  • Prescreen candidates and review resumes for alignment with job requirements.
  • Advertise job openings across multiple platforms (job boards, newspapers, professional organizations).
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, external recruiting pages, university career centers, and ATS (Kronos; transitioning to Breezy).
  • Provide comprehensive and engaging information to candidates about the company and role.
  • Conduct reference checks and present findings to hiring managers.
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation in coordination with hiring managers and HR Director.
  • Respond promptly to day-to-day recruitment inquiries and issues.

Essential Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
  • Proven success recruiting across corporate functions (Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
  • Ability to manage 15–20 requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Administrative, and Management roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Kronos; transitioning to Breezy).

Preferred Skills

  • Creative sourcing techniques (cold calling, job fairs, college networks).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, benefits, and compensation structures.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
