Overview

Must be local with Recruitment experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

We’re seeking an outgoing, driven Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent for our growing team. This role includes sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, attending job fairs, and supporting HR projects during slower hiring periods.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage the hiring process.
• Attend job fairs and represent the company.
• Support HR projects during slower hiring periods.

Qualifications

• Local to the area with recruitment experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to build pipelines and lasting candidate relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• $55k–$70k base salary (DOE).
