We’re looking for an HR Generalist with an emphasis on recruitment and employee retention to join our growing HR team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while supporting general HR functions across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding.
- Partner with Directors to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
- Screen, and coordinate the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Support general HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration as needed.
- Maintain HRIS and recruitment metrics, providing regular reporting and insights.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to appropriate staff.
- Maintains knowledge of trend, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a background in recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
