We’re seeking a detail-oriented Temp HR Coordinator to support an Human Resources team with an important data and records project. This temporary role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, working with employee data, and keeping information systems up to date.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and process employee I-9 forms, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Enter employee information into an EIB for seamless upload into Workday.
  • Audit employee personnel files, identify terminated employee records, and prepare them for secure storage.
  • Organize and consolidate physical file drawers to streamline access and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure all files are complete, accurate, and stored according to policy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Experience with data entry and file management (Workday or HRIS experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource experience

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
